Dial will hoping to bounce back to winning ways this afternoon (13 Dec.) when Steve Brown's side entertain AFC Cubo at Alwyns Lane. 2pm k.o.
After missing last Saturday's 4-2 defeat away to Keens Park Rangers, Brown will be back in the technical area to preside over the visit of the Blue Army.
Despite finishing runners-up to three-time Surrey Premier County Football League champions Wimbledon Casuals last season. Cubo have struggled to rekindle the same form this season, winning just three of their 11 league fixtures so far.
However, today's west London opponents appear to have turned a corner of late, losing just one of their past five league games; a 1-0 defeat at home against Casuals last Saturday.
Meanwhile, Brown is expected to make several changes to the side that came up short against Rangers at Pyrford Cricket Ground seven days ago. George Frith, Ross Ewen, Ben Vassell, Callum Abraham-Barlow, Darren Xavier, and Finley Rose-Davies are all unavailable, along with Zac Hawker, who is serving a one-match suspension for accumulating five yellow cards before 31 December.
On the flip-side, Aidan Phillips is back in contention after rupturing his hamstring against Parkside in the county cup on 1 November. Dial will also be bolstered by the return of Charlie Marshall, Matt Hayes and new signing Brad Sweeney. The change in personnel could also see Jimmy Norman and Aidan Doran came straight into the starting XI to help solidify the spine of the squad.
Speaking to DialSquareFC.com on Friday, Brown said: "Cubo's results have been up and down this season, but no doubt they will be the best version of themselves when we play them at Chertsey. Invariably, teams raise their game when they come to Alwyns Lane.
"We lost our 10-match unbeaten run last Saturday, so its important that the players, individually and collectively, put in a performance. We need to bounce back quickly to maintain our pressure at the top end of the table," added Brown.
For supporters and football enthusiasts travelling to Alwyns Lane, there are no expected diversions [see National Highways website] to be in place at the Wisley Interchange (A3/M25) this weekend.
If you are travelling by train, the nearest rail station is Chertsey, which is a c. 15-minute walk (via Guildford Street and Windsor Street) to the ground. You can plan your journey here.
Alwyns Lane football ground offers very limited parking, which is principally for players and match officials. Therefore, spectators are asked to park with consideration in the neighbouring residential streets.
