After narrowly missing out on promotion last season, the fixture will serve as a good test for Steve Brown's new-look squad against a strong Royalists' outfit.

After being reformed in 2023 - following the demise of the former Windsor & Eton club in 2011 - the Windsorians gained promotion to the Combined Counties Football League Premier Division North (step 5) last season after winning the first division by 11 points.

For Dial fans making the trip to Surrey Sports Park, it will be the first opportunity to see a number of players and triallists, as well as some familiar faces.

Brown will use the opportunity to gauge players’ fitness and trial players in different positions to find the best fit before the Surrey Premier County Football League kicks off on 23 August.
