Dial return to Royal Holloway Sports Centre (3G) today (11 July) when Steve Brown's side entertain Molesey in a pre-season friendly. 2pm k.o.
After an excellent pre-season showing against Isthmian Football League South Central side Windsor & Eton (step 4) in midweek (2-2) at Surrey Sports Park, Brown and head coach Jake Kennett are already starting to see the green shoots emerge four weeks before the start of the Dial's Southern Combination Football League Division One campaign next month.
Today's opponents are going through something of a rebuild after The Moles finished 17th in the Combined Counties Football League Division One (step 6) table last season. The have since introduced a new under-18s side to help create a pathway into the first team at Walton Road Stadium.
The last time Dial played Molesey was in a competitive pre-season friendly at Chertsey Town's Alwyns Lane ground on 19 August 2025, which saw Dial come out on top 4-2. This afternoon's fixture is likely to be equally competitive, and serves as a welcome appetiser ahead of England's quarter-final showdown against Norway in the FIFA World Cup 2026™ at the Miami Stadium this evening (10pm k.o. BST).
Get yourself down to Royal Holloway Sports Centre (TW20 9TR) this afternoon to keep up with Dial's progress. No admission charge. Please remember to register your vehicle number plate at reception on arrival.
