We are very pleased to announce that Dial Square Football Club (‘the Company’) will again be making the opportunity available for fans to purchase shares (or more shares) in the Company.

If you are a registered web-member of the football club, you will have the opportunity to purchase new shares in the Company from 18 July 2025. If you are not already a member, you can sign-up via the website. It’s free to join.

Once registered (incl. a valid email address), you will have the opportunity to apply to purchase shares in Dial Square Football Club. All members will receive a link to the share purchase e-application form, so look out for the link and follow the instructions.

The minimum number of new 10 pence shares that can be purchased is 1,000 (at a cost of £100) within the new tranche of 420,000 being issued.

The closing date for new share applications will be 31 August 2025. Share certificates will be issued by 30 September 2025 and all shareholdings will be registered with Companies House (England & Wales).

100% of the funds raised will be used to support and further develop Dial Square Football Club. You can also read more about our previous share issue and the history of the club here.
