The FA’s National League System (NLS) Committee has allocated Dial Square to the Premier Sports Southern Combination Football League (SCFL) Division One for the 2026/27 season.

It comes after Dial finished fifth – above fellow NLS applicants CB Hounslow & Abbots – to clinch the final eligible promotion place from the 2025/26 Surrey Premier County Football League (SPCFL) campaign.

Despite groundsharing with Knaphill (from next season), who are members of the Combined Counties Football League Premier Division South, The FA has chosen not to maintain our predominate geographical standing within Surrey and allocate Dial to the SCFL, which primarily comprises clubs based in West Sussex and East Sussex.

Dial will now join AFC Walcountians, who joined the SCFL ('Southern Combination') from the SPCFL ('Surrey Premier') at the end of the 2023/24 season, as well as Guildford City and Shoreham, who were relegated from the CCFL Premier Division South and SCFL Premier Division respectively.

City, who play behind the Spectrum Leisure Complex in Guildford, will make for a new local derby, with Halisham Town and Westfield - both in East Sussex - being the longest trips (i.e., 160-mile round trips) from Redding Way out of the 19 away (league) fixtures.
