Dial let slip a one-goal lead to lose 2-1 away to table-toppers Arundel on Tuesday night in the Southern Combination Football League Division One at Mile Road.
Two second half goals from Matt Storm and Liam Brady was enough for The Mullets to overturn Danny Taylor's early strike to extend their unbeaten run to four in all competitions.
After back-to-back defeats in the league cup and FA Vase competition, Dial boss Steve Brown was understandably keen for his players to right their wrongs against Dorking Wanderers (B) and Minster to return to winning ways in West Sussex.
After a two-match absence, Brown was pleased to welcome back captain and assistant player manager Jimmy Norman to marshall the defence, along with George Frith in the middle of the park.
Goalkeeper George Mead also returned to the starting XI in place of Callum Miles. Although there was no place for winger Daniel Wanyonyi, who is nursing a strained hamstring.
