Between 17 July and 31 August 2023, Dial gave registered web-members the opportunity to apply to purchase 250,000 new shares in Dial Square Football Club Limited. On 19 October 2023, Dial confirmed that fans had purchased 190,000 new shares to become a 100% fan-owned club, with Tony Hurley the majority shareholder with ≈ 56.82% of the total issued share capital.
